Steering Group

The GISAD Steering Group deals with and steers the various pedagogical school development processes of the school.

The focus is especially on teaching and its continuous improvement. This core objective can be best achieved if structures are formed in the school as a whole that involve all members of the organization, if they are implemented systematically and gradually cover the whole school. The steering group consists of representatives of the various committees of our school. These groups develop concepts, regulations and new ideas for implementing the development goals and report regularly to the steering group on their progress.

We regularly use evaluations to become aware of our strengths and to identify areas in which we need to take action and take measures in order to make progress towards achieving our goals.
